can be changed at any time.

outside Canada and U.S.A. (6am to 6pm, Moutain Time any business day.)
YOU WILL STILL CONTINUE TO GO TO SUN LIFE FINANCIAL TO SUBMIT HEALTH AND DENTAL CLAIMS.
You'll need: your contact number.
Extended health care or dental plan number 150113.
Retiree HSA Plus number 20573.
Your member ID: 100 plus the last six digits of your Shell People Personel Number
Shell People Personel Number appears on your pension sheet, right side of page.
(example Pers No 00123456)
(Member ID would then be 100123456.)
